Retirement of Director - Mr A M de S Jayaratna.

We write to inform you that Mr A M de S Jayaratne having reached the age of 70, retired as a Director of DFCC Bank with effect from 01 May 2010 as required by Section 3 (3) (i) of Direction No 12 of 2007 issued by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
