We write to inform you that Mr T Caglayan, Director, DFCC Bank retired at the Annual General Meeting held on 30 June 2010 in terms of Regulation No 87, as he did not offer himself for re-election. Therefore, Mr T K Bandaranayake, the alternate director for Mr Caglayan, ceased to be a director.

We also would like to inform you that a Special Board Meeting was held after the Annual General Meeting and the Board of Directors of DFCC Bank unanimously appointed Mr T K Bandaranayake as a director of the bank with immediate effect, having obtained prior approval of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
