He is a Director of Distilleries Company of Sri Lanka PLC, Lanka Milk Foods (CWE) PLC, Lanka Power Projects (Pvt) Ltd and several other companies of the Distilleries Group. He has experience in the field of logistics, documentation, insurance and banking and finance related to international trade.

Mr Ravindra Balakantha Thambiayah has a degree in Economics from the University of Madras and is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Management Institute, UK.
He is currently the Chairman of Renuka Hotels Limited and Renuka City Hotels PLC and Chairman/Managing Director of Cargo Boat Development Company PLC and several other companies in the Renuka Hotels Group of Companies. He is also a Director of Royal Ceramics Lanka PLC, Royal Porcelain (Pvt) Limited, Rocell Bathware Limited and Royal Ceramics Distributors (Pvt) Limited.
He was a Director of NDB Bank PLC from 06 February 2006 up to 22 January 2010 and the President of Colombo City Tourist Hotels Association and Vice President of the Tourist Hotels Association of Sri Lanka. He has experience in the field of hotel management and property development.

Mrs H M N S Gunawardana is an Attorney-at-Law & Notary Public and Commisioner for Oaths. She possesses a LL.M. (U.K.) in International Commercial Law.
Presently she functions as the Director General, Legal Affairs Department at the Ministry of Finance and Planning.
She has attended several training programs and seminars in Sri Lanka and abroad relating to law and privatization.
She has held positions in the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, Public Enterprises Reform Commission and Ministry of Justice and Judicial Reform prior to holding the present position.
Dr. Lalith Priyalal Chandradasa

Dr Lalith Priyalal Chandradasa has a MBBS Degree from the University of Colombo. He has completed the Module on Refugee Medicine and Medicine in Emergencies of the Masters Program in International Health at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark and International Course on Organising Emergency Medical Services at the International Institute of Leadership, Israel. Presently he is a Director Community Health and GFATM Projects, Lanka Jatika Sarvodaya Shramadana Sangamaya.
In the past he had been a Board Member of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka, Chairman of Sri Lanka Ports Authority, National Aquaculture Development Authority & Ceylon Fisheries Harbours Corporation. He was a former General Secretary of the Government Medical Officers Association and a Medical Officer at the Department of Health Services.
