DFCC Consulting (DCL) was established in September 2004 as a fully owned subsidiary of DFCC Bank.
DCL offers consultancy services primarily in the renewable energy sector. The company's competency lies in carrying out due diligence, financial evaluation work, sourcing and syndication of funding, as well as in finding investors or developers for identified sites.

DCL also organises study tours for foreign delegations, where the delegations visit Solar Home Systems installations, Grid connected and Off-grid mini-hydro projects, meet beneficiaries, and have discussions with industry representatives.
DCL has been steadily building a network of contacts, including sponsors, developers, contractors and relevant governmental agencies. A list of hydro developers is periodically obtained from the Sustainable Energy Authority and services are offered to potential clients.
We also intend to coordinate with approving authorities such as the BOI and CEA to obtain investor details in order to arrange finances.
